The frames of the California series are made of MDF boards and are equipped with a GPPS (general purpose polystyrene) panel and a back panel made of HDF boards.
The product is delivered in one piece and is ready to hang.
To insert a poster or photo into the frame:
Remove the polyolefin protective film (PP) from the frame.
Bend open the metal tabs on the back of the frame.
Remove the HDF board.
Remove the paper insert (PAP) from inside the frame.
Remove the GPPS disc and peel off the protective film (PE-LD) on both sides. The film (PE-LD) protects the disc from scratches during transport and production.
Handle the GPPS disc with care as this material scratches easily; avoid rubbing the surface.
Place the GPPS disc back into the frame.
Place the photo or poster into the frame.
Replace the HDF board and bend the metal tabs to secure the back panel.
After these steps, the frame is ready for wall mounting.
